These Rockstar 500 Wear Resistance Plates combine alloying elements like carbon, nickel, manganese, molybdenum, phosphorus, silicon, chromium and sulfur. Because of all these alloying elements, the 500 plates possess very good mechanical and physical properties. To facilitate those, techniques like manual electric welding, submerged arc welding, and inert gas welding are used. These plates are well-quality tested and are supplied once it becomes certified. The tests done on it is the toughness test, mechanical test, chemical composition test, pitting corrosion test, radiography test, hydrostatic test, macro-micro test, flare-flattening test and so on.
